***The Assistant Coach assists the head coach in training activities, including but not limited to meets and practices.***

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NYS Coaching Certification
  • Current CPR Certification; First Aid Certificate
  • Respective Coaching experience
  • Responding to Emergencies
  • Must be fingerprinted through NYS Department of Education

Occupational Therapist- Long Term Substitute- MS11182025 -MS/SPED/OT

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE

SALARY:  $29.26 per hour (with Bachelor's) or $31.73 per hour (with Master's)

START DATE:  February 23, 2026 through May 25, 2026 (tentative dates)

LOCATION: Amherst Middle School

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure
  • Must be NYS licensed
  • Experience in a school setting preferred

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluates and administers occupational therapy treatment programs for referred students
  • Keeps accurate records on treatment and makes written reports on student progress for inclusion in the individualized Education Program (IEP)
  • Familiarity with school age Committee on Special Education (CSE)
