CIVIL SERVICE NON-COMPETITIVE POSITION

LOCATION:Amherst Central High School                                                                       

START DATE: August 11, 2025

HOURS:Monday through Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm 

SALARY: $18.64/HR. + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

Great benefits:  NYS Pension System, Health coverage, Paid holidays, vacation, personal and health days

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to perform moderately heavy physical Labor
  • Strong skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems and equipment is desired

  • Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure attached

HEAD COACH  VARSITY FIELD HOCKEY - 2025 FALL SEASON 

LOCATION: Amherst Central High School

SALARY: $6,093. - $6,829.

START DATE: August 18, 2025 through November 21, 2025

DESCRIPTION: Oversee the Varsity Field Hockey program including, but not limited to, games and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NYS Coaching Certification
  • Current CPR Certification; First Aid Certificate
  • Respective Coaching experience
  • Responding to Emergencies
  • Must be fingerprinted through NYS Department of Education Fingerprint Procedure- attached
