12 MONTH POSITION- 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

SALARY:  $36,418. - $38,967.

START DATE:   As soon as possible

LOCATION: Windermere Boulevard School

DESCRIPTION / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The NY HELPS (Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Program Statewide) is a New York State program that allows civil service agencies to hire qualified permanent employees quickly and without requiring them to take a competitive civil service exam.It is created to help agencies fill criticalvacancies by streamlining the appointment process, though candidates must still meet all other minimum qualifications for the job.

  • Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure- attached
  • Clerical experience/knowledge
  • Experience with Google platform preferred
  • Experience working with Spreadsheets
  • Detail oriented/Organized
  • Good written and oral communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively/cooperatively with others
