OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - ANNUAL APPOINTMENT
*** This position is an Annually appointed position and only lasts through the end of the 2026/2027 School year***
SALARY: $42,426. - $54,014. (new rates under negotiation)
START DATE: September 8, 2026 through June 25, 2027
LOCATION: Districtwide
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure
- Must be NYS licensed
- Experience in a school setting preferred
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluates and administers occupational therapy treatment programs for referred students
- Keeps accurate records on treatment and makes written reports on student progress for inclusion in the individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Familiarity with school age Committee on Special Education (CSE)
