LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE TEACHER
LOCATION: AMHERST HIGH SCHOOL
SALARY: $160 per day
START DATE: September 3, 2026 through November 30, 2026 (tentative dates)
Our district is seeking a science teacher for a long-term substitute vacancy in a high school setting (grades 9-12).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Experience preferred
- NYS Biology and Chemistry 7-12 certificate preferred - All science certifications encouraged to apply.
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure attached
