LOCATION: Amherst Central High School
ANTICIPATED HOURS: (Monday - Thursday) 9:00AM - 11:00AM or 11:00AM - 1:00PM (tentative hours-varies by content area)
*A limited number of preparation hours may be available depending on area and need*
SALARY: $36 / Hour
START DATE: August 10, 2026
DATES OF PROGRAM: August 10, 2026 - August 14, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid NYS Teaching certification
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education prior to start of employment

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Teachers needed for August Exam Prep for NYS Regents Exams. Teachers will run exam review sessionsfor the exams listed below. Reports to the High School Administration. Teachers are needed in each of the following areas:
- English Language Arts** -1 position
- Mathematics**(Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2) -3 positions (may be combined)
- Science** (Living Environment, Earth Science, and Chemistry) - 3 positions (may be combined)
- Social Studies** (US History and Global History) - 2 positions (may be combined)
