ANTICIPATED LONG-TERM SUBSTITUTE SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHER 

START DATE: As soon as possible tentatively through May 8, 2026

LOCATION: Amherst Central High School

SALARY: $160. per day

*** This position will teach classes in a high school setting (grades 9-12) including: US History, AP US History and AP African American Studies***

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have NYS Social Studies(7-12) certification
• Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education prior to start of employment - Fingerprint Procedures - attached
