OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE
SALARY: $29.26 per hour (with Bachelor's) or $31.73 per hour (with Master's)
START DATE: November 28, 2025 through April 16, 2026 (tentative dates)
LOCATION: Smallwood Drive School
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure
- Must be NYS licensed
- Experience in a school setting preferred
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluates and administers occupational therapy treatment programs for referred students
- Keeps accurate records on treatment and makes written reports on student progress for inclusion in the individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Familiarity with school age Committee on Special Education (CSE)
