ANTICIPATED TEACHING ASSISTANT-ELEMENTARY (PART - TIME POSITION)
LOCATION: WINDERMERE BOULEVARD SCHOOL
HOURS: 16.5 hours/week
SALARY: $18.50/hour, plus payment for additional credit hours, if applicable
START DATE: December 11, 2024
- TEACHING ASSISTANTS MUST HAVE TEACHING ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION OR NYS TEACHER CERTIFICATION OR WORKING TOWARDS EITHER OF THESE CERTIFICATIONS.
- Experience working with elementary students preferred (K-5)
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedure attached
DESCRIPTION:
Assist with routine classroom functions, assume teacher responsibilities, conduct classroom activities and assist with required paperwork in classrooms. This position is in a Second Grade classroom.
Please note: This is a daily part-time position (16.5 Hours / Week) in the mornings.
