SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHING ASSISTANT-MIDDLE SCHOOL
LOCATION: Amherst Middle School
HOURS: 35 hours/week
SALARY: $18.50/hour, plus payment for additional credit hours, if applicable
START DATE: September 3, 2024
- TEACHING ASSISTANTS MUST HAVE TEACHING ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION OR NYS TEACHER CERTIFICATION (Special Education) OR WORKING TOWARDS EITHER OF THESE CERTIFICATIONS
- Experience working with middle school students
DESCRIPTION:
Assist with routine classroom functions, assume teacher responsibilities, conduct classroom activities and assist with required paperwork in classrooms.
