LOCATION: Windermere Boulevard School
ANTICIPATED HOURS: 8:30AM - 11:30AM (Monday - Friday)
**30 additional minutes daily will be given to assist with arrival and dismissal**
SALARY: $18.50/hour
START DATE: July 8, 2024
DATES OF PROGRAM: July 8, 2024 -July 26, 2024
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years of age - minimum
- Teaching Assistants MUST HAVE Teaching Assistant Certification OR NYS Teacher Certification OR working towards either of these certifications.
- Must be fingerprinted by the NYS Dept of Education before start date

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Amherst Central School District is looking for Teacher Assistants to support our elementary summer program (Grades K-4). The Summer program hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 11:30AM at the Windermere Boulevard Elementary School. Teacher assistants will work an additional 30 minutes each day to assist with arrival and dismissal. Exact hours for individual teaching assistants will be assigned by the program director. The program will run from 7/8/24 - 7/26/24. Teaching Assistants are needed in the following areas:
- Kindergarten** - 2 positions
- Grade 1** - 2 positions
- Grade 2** - 2 positions
- Grade 3** - 1 position
- Grade 4** - 2 positions
