ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER
START DATE: August 27, 2024 (tentative date)
LOCATION: Smallwood Drive School
SALARY: $41,676. - $53,264.
Our district is seeking a special education teacher skilled in supporting the needs of students with disabilities in an Elementary School setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a NYS Special Education/Students with Disabilities certificate (Birth-2 and Grades 1-6)
- Prior experience in an elementary school setting preferred
- Prior experience in a self-contained setting, working with developmentally disabled students preferred
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education
